Manager in Training: Key Holder (Part Time)
A key holder will ensure store and company goals are being met and exceeded by providing exemplary customer care and setting an example for the team. They will keep the momentum of sales up to encourage others to strive towards and surpass store goals by utilizing impeccable product knowledge and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Day to Day:
- Use your exceptional communication skills and friendly personality to develop and maintain customer relationships
- Motivate and inspire your team to meet and maximize sales goals
- Uphold Plenty’s image through maintaining regulated policies
- A natural leader with great individual style
- Familiar with the company and product with a willingness to learn
- Equipped with retail know-how and street smarts
- Experience in a retail-oriented environment
