RETURN POLICY - ONLINE
Regular Priced Merchandise
Items returned within 14 days of the shipment date will receive a full refund. Items returned within 30 days of the shipment date will receive store credit. Returns cannot be processed on items returned after 30 days.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging attached. Bodysuits, jewelry, bralettes, candles, hosiery, socks, undergarments, hand sanitizer, soaps, body washes and face masks are final sale.
Sale Merchandise (including promotional discounts)
Sale items with a discount less than 50% off the original ticket price can be returned for store credit if returned within 14 days of the shipping date.
Sale items with a discount of 50% or more off the original ticket price are considered a final sale and are not applicable for return or exchange of any kind.
Plenty does not offer direct exchanges online. We ask that you return the merchandise for a full refund or store credit and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.You are able to exchange purchases in person at an in-store location.
Please note: all mailed in orders will be subject to a $7.00 restocking fee.
RETURN POLICY - IN STORE
Regular Priced Merchandise
PLENTY will refund regular priced items within 7 days with the original receipt. After this, an exchange or store credit will be issued up to 30 days from the date of purchase. All sale items are a final sale. No returns, exchanges or store credit.
The original card used at purchase must be present for a refund. In its absence, a store credit will be issued.
All tags and packaging must be intact - items must not be worn or washed.
All sunglasses, jewelry, bralettes, bodysuits, hosiery, socks, undergarments, candles, hand sanitizer, and face masks are final sale.
Gift cards are non refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Items purchased in store cannot be processed for return via mail/online. The original form of payment must be present to receive a full refund.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS?
Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping within North America.
We ship Canadian orders through Canada Post or FedEx and US orders through FedEx. Shipping estimates quoted at checkout do not include order processing time.
A Return shipping is included for all orders within Canada. Orders from the US will be required to pay for shipping on returns. Any duties, taxes, COD, or fees incurred on return packages from the US will be deducted from the final refund total.
If you decide to return your order, the initial shipping cost will not be refunded. Any fees incurred on return packages will be deducted from the final refund total. This includes any duties, taxes, COD.
If your package gets sent back to our warehouse with a "return to sender" notification due to the customer providing incorrect shipping information, we will charge an additional shipping fee to send the package to the correct address, plus charge the cost of the return package. Please ensure your shipping address is correct once you receive your order confirmation.
IN STORE OR CURBSIDE/DOOR PICK UP

Depending on stock availability it may take 3-10 business days to process your order.
You will receive a confirmation email with instructions once the order is ready for pickup. Please do not go to the store until you have received this email.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?
The quoted time at checkout is for delivery once your order has been processed. We try our best to ship within 2-5 business days of receiving your order. During holidays and peak sale times this may be delayed.
Orders may be subject to a review period which can cause a delay in sourcing. If we are unable to locate the item(s), we will cancel your order. We will notify you if we are out of stock or back ordered on an item.
Please note: Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends and holidays.
In store pick ups may take 3-10 business days depending on stock quantities.
MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT IT'S NOT HERE?
Canada Post is experiencing delays as important safety measures, including physical distancing, means it takes longer to process heavy volumes of parcels. On-Time Delivery Guarantees are suspended until further notice.
Canada Post now requires that claims for a lost item must be 21 business days from the delivery standard date before opening a service ticket online or contacting the call centre.
We apologize for any inconvenience and will file service tickets after this time frame.
CAN YOU PROVIDE ME WITH A TRACKING NUMBER?
Canada Post or FedEx will email you a tracking number once your package has shipped, so be sure to check your email and junk mail folder. If you have not received one, please email us at orders@getplenty.com and
we will update you with the status of your order. Please keep in mind that if you place your order on a Thursday, Friday, or holiday, it may not get shipped until the following week. Please note that tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to update.
TO MAIL YOUR RETURN
All Canadian orders will contain a return label inside their order. Please use this return label and drop it off at your nearest Canada Post. Please note: all mailed in returns will be subject to a $7.00 restocking fee.
If the item(s) returned do not fall under our return policy the pacakge will be returned to sender and the return will not be processed.
For International Orders, return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns can be mailed to the below address. Any charges incurred upon receiving your package will be deducted from the amount refunded. This includes, but is not limited to: customs fees, brokerage fees, taxes, and shipping. Please use a trackable method of shipping - we will not be held liable for packages lost in transit.

Processing Time: We will email you once your return or exchange is processed. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your return for it to be processed. A refund will be credited back to your original payment method and will post 1-3 business days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.

Within 24 hours of placing your order, you are able to request canelling your order. Please respond to your confirmation email, or contact us at orders@getplenty.com in that time frame and your order will be terminated. If you are unable to cancel, you may return your items in store or by mail as per the return polcy.
